Out for Christmas!

Hey there Arrowheads,

Like I’ve done in years past, I will be taking a (planned) break from blogging until 2025 rolls in. For the remainder of December, I’m finally allowing myself to relax after the most insane book release I’ve had to date. During this time, I plan to revisit the town I made on Animal Crossing: Wild World earlier this year, attempt to complete my December TBR, make all the Christmas goodies, maybe explore some of my long-lost hobbies, and celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

In the meantime, I’ll be brainstorming post ideas for 2025, which *checks the calendar* begins on my usual posting day, Wednesday. As far as Instagram goes, I’m not sure how active I’ll be there, even after this hiatus, especially considering how I’ve already taken a step back from posting content. During The Dream‘s release preparation, filming and posting reels became too much for me to juggle with everything else going on both with the release and my personal life. And the truth is… I don’t really miss it. God has shown me this year that I don’t have to strive to make and post content every single day for a social media app that will barely even show followers my content. Instead, He has demonstrated how if I obediently take a step back and allow Him to work, that He will make a way.

All that being said, I hope y’all have a fantastic Christmas and New Year! Remember that Jesus is the reason for the season. ❤

Aim high, stay strong, and always hit your mark.

As an author and blogger, my goal is to teach writers that there is a way to write realistic, thought-provoking, redemptive Christian fiction that honors God while not sugarcoating the realities of the world.
